_ 6.まとめ
現代産業システムのリスクアセスメントについて，リスクとリスクアセスメントの基本的な考え方を説明し，機械システムの安全設計への応用や組織学習との関わりについても展望した．以下，その主なポイントをまとめる．
- リスクとは将来予測の概念で，見積もることのできる概念である．
- リスクアセスメントは国際規格として進展してきており，技術安全の国際化時代に必要な知識である．
- リスクアセスメントは，将来予測ゆえに仮説的で，とくに日本では受け入れられにくい側面がある（一つは絶対安全を希求する人たちから．もう一つは効率重視の人たちから）．
- リスクアセスメントの採用は大事故予防に効果があるので，その導入は社会が本来希求する絶対安全の理想に漸近する道である．
- 方法論として包括的，網羅的，知識集約的なために，導入展開には人的コストが掛かる．導入費用に見合う効果を上げるために，｢組織学習｣としての取り組み方を工夫する必要がある．
